Your life,
organized.
P3AK Personal is an encrypted, portable data vault for individuals — the same infrastructure that powers AI-native enterprise data rooms, adapted for the most important organization of all: your own life.
"A world where every person owns a complete, organized, encrypted, portable record of their life — and can answer any question about their own history in under thirty seconds."
P3AK Personal is not a consumer app. It is a personal data infrastructure layer — a vault that sits on your machine, encrypts your most sensitive records, classifies them automatically across six sectors of a human life, and makes them searchable, shareable (on your terms), and portable forever.
The same p3ak-vault binary that powers enterprise
knowledge rooms runs your personal vault. One flag changes everything:
# Enterprise vault — standard 10-store taxonomy p3ak-vault create --path work.vault # Personal vault — six-sector personal taxonomy p3ak-vault create --path life.vault --profile personal
The Problem
Your records are everywhere. They shouldn't be.
The average person has their health records split across seven healthcare providers, their legal documents in three drawers and two inboxes, their tax returns in four different apps, and no single place to answer the question: "Wait, what did my doctor say about that medication in 2023?"
P3AK Personal solves this with six sectors that cover everything a person owns, does, and becomes.
P3AK Personal Taxonomy
Six sectors. One vault.
The P3AK Personal taxonomy is the result of a ground-up analysis of everything a person needs to track and retrieve across a lifetime. Every document, record, or note maps to exactly one primary sector (with optional secondary).
Your complete health story — physical, mental, preventive, genetic. The longitudinal record that every healthcare provider should have but none do. Therapy session notes with PHQ-9 scores from intake to taper. Medication history. Lab trends across years. Vaccination record. Emergency plan. All yours, all searchable.
Your legal identity — the documents that speak for you when you can't. Will and testament. Healthcare proxy. Power of attorney. Advance directive. Trust agreements. Estate plan. Beneficiary designations. Every document indexed, every expiry tracked, every executor instruction in one place.
Your home as an organization. HVAC service history. Appliance warranties. HOA documents. Insurance policies. Vehicle title and registration. School records. Emergency contacts. The information you never need until you desperately need it — now findable in thirty seconds.
Your complete financial story — the longitudinal record of what you earn, own, owe, and invest. Tax returns. W-2 and 1099 history. Retirement account contributions and balances. Brokerage statements. Net worth tracking. Mortgage and debt history. Everything tax-time needs, plus the historical context your accountant never has.
Who you're becoming. Annual reviews. Career arc. Certifications earned. Learning history. Personal mission statement. Goals and progress. Reference letters. The narrative of your professional and personal development — searchable and longitudinal.
Your digital life and digital estate. Account inventory. Subscription tracking. Password manager configuration. Two-factor authentication backup codes. Cryptocurrency wallet and seed phrase documentation. Device inventory. Digital executor instructions. The records that outlive a device.
Live Demo
See it working.
The P3AK Personal demo is a real vault — not a mock. It ingests six documents (one per sector), classifies them automatically, and lets you search across all of them with or without sector filters. Click any result to see the document with its sector badge, classification metadata, and (for SOMA records) the structured health data strip.
cd personal-demo && ./start.sh → http://localhost:3113

Open Protocol
The Living Health Record
The LHR protocol is P3AK's open standard for structured personal health records.
It is co-authored with uCTRL and designed to extend — not compete with — FHIR.
The .lhr file format is the reference implementation.
Unlike FHIR (designed for healthcare system interoperability) the LHR protocol is designed for individual ownership: a format that a person creates, stores, shares, and revokes access to, without any healthcare system as intermediary. A therapy session note. A lab result email turned into a structured record. A medication change. Annotated by the person, owned by the person.
.lhr Format Specification
A .lhr file is a plain text file with two parts:
a JSON frontmatter block delimited by ---json /
---, followed by a markdown body.
The frontmatter carries the structured clinical metadata;
the body carries the human-readable narrative.
---json { "lhr_version": "1.0", "record_type": "therapy_session", "date_of_service": "2026-02-18", "provider": { "name": "Dr. Sarah Chen, LCSW", "specialty": "Licensed Clinical Social Worker", "facility": "Austin Behavioral Health", "npi": "1234567890" }, "measurements": [ { "name": "PHQ-9", "value": 5, "interpretation": "minimal depression" }, { "name": "GAD-7", "value": 4, "interpretation": "minimal anxiety" } ], "diagnoses": [ "F32.1 Major Depressive Disorder", "F41.1 GAD" ], "medications": [ "Escitalopram (Lexapro) 10mg daily" ], "tags": [ "mental_health", "CBT", "depression" ] } --- # Session Notes — February 18, 2026 PHQ-9 score of 5 represents 64% reduction from intake (14). Sleep improved significantly: 7–8 hours vs 4–5 at intake. CBT thought-record exercises now habitual. Tapering sessions to monthly cadence beginning March 2026.

Trust Primitive
Consent Tokens
A consent token is a signed, scoped, time-limited authorization issued by you to grant a specific party access to a defined subset of your vault.
When Dr. Sarah Chen needs your therapy records for a referral, you don't email a PDF. You issue a consent token scoped to your SOMA sector, expiring in 30 days, granting read-only access. If she changes clinics, you revoke it in one command. The vault is the source of truth. The token is the key.
How Consent Tokens Work
Cryptographic Trust Model
Consent tokens are cryptographically bound to the issuing vault via HMAC-SHA256:
# Canonical payload (pipe-separated, deterministic) {id}|{issued_at}|{grantor}|{grantee}|{purpose}|{scope}|{access}|{expires_at} # HMAC key = vault_id (stable UUID, stored in encrypted vault header) # Signature = hex(HMAC-SHA256(key, canonical_payload)) # What this means: # ✓ Tokens cannot be forged without opening the vault # ✓ Tokens from vault A don't verify against vault B # ✓ Modifying any field breaks the signature # ✗ External parties cannot verify independently (by design — vault is authority)
Scope Options
| Scope | CLI syntax | What it grants |
|---|---|---|
| Sector | --scope SOMA | All documents classified in that sector |
| Doc IDs | --scope "1,2,5" | Specific documents by vault doc_id |
| Full | --scope full | Entire vault — use with caution |

Command Reference
Personal Vault CLI
Create a Personal Vault
p3ak-vault create --path life.vault --profile personal \
[--passphrase "strong-passphrase"]
The --profile personal flag switches the taxonomy from the enterprise 10-store classifier to the personal six-sector classifier. This is stored in the vault header and persists across all subsequent operations.
Classify Documents
# Ingest documents p3ak-vault ingest --path life.vault --file therapy-notes.lhr p3ak-vault ingest --path life.vault --file tax-return-2025.md p3ak-vault ingest --path life.vault --dir ~/Documents/personal/ # Classify all unclassified documents p3ak-vault classify --path life.vault # Classification output (personal profile) # therapy-notes.lhr → SOMA / mental_health / confidence: 1.00 # tax-return-2025.md → TIDE / tax / confidence: 0.97 # will-2025.md → SHIELD / estate / confidence: 0.94

Technical Architecture
How it's built
P3AK Personal shares the entire technical foundation of P3AK Enterprise. The same binary, the same vault format, the same search algorithms. What changes is the taxonomy layer: enterprise vaults use a 10-store classifier; personal vaults use a six-sector classifier.
Personal Classification Engine
The personal classifier uses a weighted keyword scoring model across six sector tables. It requires no LLM call — purely rule-based, deterministic, and fast.
| Sector | Signals | Categories | Min confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| SOMA | medical, mental health, therapy, medication, lab | mental_health, preventive, chronic, genetics | 30% |
| SHIELD | legal, estate, will, power of attorney, beneficiary | estate, contracts, identity, litigation | 30% |
| HEARTH | home, mortgage, HOA, appliance, warranty, vehicle | real_estate, home_ops, vehicles, family | 30% |
| TIDE | tax, income, W-2, retirement, IRA, investment, debt | tax, retirement, investment, credit | 30% |
| COMPASS | career, resume, certification, goal, mission, review | career, learning, goals, identity | 30% |
| STACK | account, password, subscription, crypto, digital, 2FA | accounts, devices, subscriptions, digital_estate | 30% |
Documents scoring below the minimum confidence threshold remain unclassified. Run p3ak-vault classify --only-missing to classify only new documents.
Encryption
Personal vaults use the same AES-256-GCM encryption as enterprise vaults. Every section is independently encrypted and authenticated. The vault_id (used as HMAC key material for consent tokens) is stored inside the encrypted header section.
p3ak-vault create --path life.vault \ --profile personal \ --passphrase "strong-unique-passphrase" # Subsequent operations export P3AK_VAULT_PASSPHRASE="strong-unique-passphrase" p3ak-vault ingest --path life.vault --file record.lhr
◉ SOMA
Living Health Record
SOMA is the most urgent sector in P3AK Personal. It holds the longitudinal health record that every person should have but no healthcare system provides: your complete health story, owned by you, accessible to you in thirty seconds.
SOMA documents are classified by weighted signals including: PHQ-9, GAD-7, diagnosis, therapy, medication, prescription, lab results, ICD-10, clinical, mental health, CBT, SSRIs, vaccination, vitals.
SOMA document types
| Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Therapy session notes | PHQ-9 tracking, CBT progress, medication changes |
| Lab results | Blood panel, HbA1c, lipid panel, CBC |
| Prescriptions | Current medications, dosage history, refill records |
| Immunization records | Childhood vaccines, flu shots, travel vaccines |
| Imaging reports | MRI, X-ray, ultrasound radiology reports |
| Emergency plans | Contacts, DNR, organ donation, allergies |
| Provider notes | Primary care, specialist visit summaries |
Mental health records carry the most sensitive classification: SOMA / mental_health. These documents have access level restrictions and appear in consent token scopes with the highest scrutiny recommendation.
⬡ SHIELD
Personal Legal
SHIELD holds your legal identity — the documents that speak for you when you cannot. Most people's estate plans are outdated, their healthcare proxies are unfiled, and nobody knows where their will is. SHIELD makes this impossible.
SHIELD signals include: will, testament, estate, beneficiary, power of attorney, executor, advance directive, living will, trust, guardianship, notarized, inheritance, probate.
⌂ HEARTH
Home & Family
HEARTH treats your home like an organization treats its assets. Service history. Warranties with expiration dates. HOA rules. Vehicle records. Emergency shutoff locations. School enrollment dates. The information you always forget until you urgently need it.
HEARTH signals include: HVAC, mortgage, HOA, warranty, appliance, roof, home insurance, plumbing, vehicle, registration, school, childcare, utility.
≋ TIDE
Personal Finance
TIDE is your complete financial story — the longitudinal record that your accountant should have but doesn't. Tax returns searchable by year. Net worth tracked over time. Retirement contributions and balances. Every brokerage statement. Student loan payoff. Credit profile history.
TIDE signals include: tax, W-2, 1099, income, IRA, 401k, net worth, investment, brokerage, dividend, mortgage, debt, FICO, retirement, financial plan.
◈ COMPASS
Growth & Purpose
COMPASS holds the narrative of who you're becoming. Annual reviews that actually persist. Career arc searchable across a decade. Certifications with dates. Personal mission statement. Goals with status. Reference letters. The longitudinal record of your professional and personal development.
COMPASS signals include: career, resume, certification, promotion, annual review, performance, goal, mission, purpose, learning, coaching, mentoring.
⬚ STACK
Personal Technology
STACK holds your digital life and digital estate. Account inventory. 47 subscriptions tracked with renewal dates. Password manager recovery kit location. 2FA backup codes. Cryptocurrency hardware wallet and seed phrase documentation (encrypted). Digital executor instructions. The records that outlive any single device.
STACK signals include: account, password manager, subscription, cryptocurrency, seed phrase, 2FA, authenticator, device, domain, digital executor, smart home.
